We’re Hiring: Crewing Supervisor

📍Scarborough, North Yorkshire
💷 £27,000–£28,000 + bonus & benefits

What you’ll do:
✅ Ensure vessels are fully crewed and compliant with regulations
✅ Help manage crewing schedules, travel, and accommodations
✅ Keep records, certifications, and compliance up to date
✅ Work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure everything runs smoothly
✅ Be the first point of contact for crew welfare and support
✅ Travel within the UK and Europe

🔹 Is adaptable, proactive, and ready to grow with us
🔹 Detail-oriented and IT proficient
